Ingredients:
900g (2 lb) sweet potatoes, peeled
55g (2 oz.) Flora
2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted
3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs
4 spring onions, chopped
Preparation:
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender.
Mash the potatoes with the Flora and remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
