Im delighted to be on Team Flora again this year Kathryn Thomas talked me in to doing the Flora Womens Mini Marathon with Team Flora 5 years ago, it was the first time I jogged and I have kept it up ever since.
I love Jogging! I find it easy to motivate myself to jog especially on days when I look out the window and see blue skies, its enough to motivate me to get down to the beach!
Because of work I dont have time to go for a walk but can actually get time to jog I love getting down to the beach for a 20 minute jog it is one exercise that has stayed with me for years.
On a good week, I try to work out 3 days per week; when Im in healthy mode Id work out 3-4 times a week.
Like everyone, I go through phases of being annoyingly healthy all ultra fit and healthy and then have months of being a couch potato. I usually hibernate in winter, and get a burst of motivation come Spring!

I love pilates too I slipped a disc in my back last year and I find it great for building up core strength. 

Im looking forward to getting started with the personal trainer at Fitness Together, which will hopefully have me in tip top shape for 7 June.  I did the 10k under the hour in 2005 so heres hoping I can do the same again!
