We welcome back all those who have participated in previous years and to all those who are new to the event! Revolution is in the air everywhere these days and ours can be a peaceful one as we join the mass movement of fitness and fun to benefit all who take part.
Spring is in the air and the time has arrived to bring your body back to where nature intended it to be, in a gradual build up over the next 14 weeks. There is room for everybody in this great event whether you are walking, jogging or running. It is recommended that you get approval from your doctor before you set out on this great adventure. Then all that is needed is a good pair of shoes and a tracksuit and you are ready to go!
We have 3 schedules designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You can train as a walker, Jogger or runner and simply choose the plan that is right for you! The plans will be launched on the 22nd February so check back in then for your guide!!
