We know that people are all at different stages of their fitness levels and it is often hard to know where to start with your training. How much walking, running or jogging do you need to do?
In this section we will have 3 training schedules designed to cater for all levels of fitness. You will be able to download a pdf schedule to create a training plan as a Walker, Jogger or Runner. It is a 12 week programme aimed to help you build up your fitness over time.
