Training Schedule

You can transform your lives by joining in training schedules for all levels of fitness, whether you are a Walker, Jogger or Runner. All schedules are designed to gradually increase your fitness over the fifteen week spell, as only when you finish one section do you move on to the next one.


If you have led a sedentary lifestyle or are overweight get the approval of your doctor before you begin.

Walkers Guideline is for participants wishing to finish the distance (10k) at a comfortable walking pace;         Download FWMM Walkers Guide

All you need now is a comfortable track suit and suitable running shoes. One of the ancient Chinese proverbs says “All great journeys begin with a single step” so take that step today and you will never regret it!
