Keeping track of your training is a great way to keep yourself motivated. It is a great way to follow your daily achievements and celebrate the work you are putting in to get healthier.
We will be providing you with a daily tracker for your Training and Diet so that you can see how much you how much you are doing. It is also a great way to see how far you have come and the improvements you have made over the 14 weeks lead up to the event.
Trackers will be available to download from the 22nd February.
